AGE: 58 SPOTSWOOD
Richard M. Lohr died Thursday, Feb. 26, 2009, in Wilkes Barre, Pa. He was 58. Born in New Brunswick, he lived
in Spotswood most of his life. Mr. Lohr had been a letter carrier for the US Postal Service, Spotswood. He was a
Life Member of the Spotswood Fire Department, and belonged to the department's Exempt Firemens
Association.
Son of the late Dorothy and Norman Lohr, he was also predeceased by his wife, Dawn M. Lohr, who died in
2000. Surviving are two daughters, Melissa Lohr of Milltown and Ladies Auxiliary Member Allison Poliseno and
her husband Assistant Chief Nicholas Poliseno of Spotswood; a sister, Kathleen Lohr-Manzo and her husband
Thomas of Manalapan; two granddaughters, Victoria and Olivia Poliseno; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday, March 2, 2009, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Services will be
held on Tuesday, March 3, 2009, at 10:00 a.m. in The Brunswick Memorial Home, 454 Cranbury Road, East
Brunswick, followed by interment at Spotswood Reformed Church Cemetery, Spotswood. For directions, please
