1. Request more information by filling out the below form or picking up an
application from the Main Street Firehouse.

2.  Fill out application completely, and include a $10.00 application fee (please
make check out payable to the Spotswood Enterprise Hook & Ladder Company).

  • A physical examination by a licenced physician of the applicant's choice is required, and
    the cost of that examination will be paid for by the applicant prior to returning the
    application.

3.  Drop off application and $10.00 application fee to the Chief who can be
contacted at 732-251-3460, or mail the completed documents and fee to:

4. Upon receipt, the Chief will call the applicant to arrange for a meeting to:

  • Review completed application
  • Provide further application instructions
  • Provide brief overview of membership expectations.
