Engine 79 has had a long and proud history with the Department, purchased in the
early 1980's, 79 gave 28 proud and dedicated years of service to the residents of the
Borough of Spotswood.  Replaced by Engine 71-1 the unit was retired from active
status in September 2009, and has been lowered to reserve status pending it's sale.
