| We are located in southern Middlesex County in New Jersey, nestled between East Brunswick, Monroe, and Old Bridge Townships. Covering a service area of 2.3 square miles, we proudly and voluntarily serve the 8,200 citizens of the Borough of Spotswood. We provide fire protection, suppression, and motor vehicle extrication, using three engines and one brush truck operating out of two stations. The Department is rich in history having recently celebrated its 110th anniversary in 2008, please explore this new website to learn more about us, photos of the department in action, and also learn some information about fire safety.
